Scott is a graduate of Oak Hills High School. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University for two years then graduated from Northern Kentucky University. His study focus was in Communications and Marketing while also playing for the Men's Basketball teams.
Scott is a licensed health & life agent in OH, IN, & KY and he currently serves on the board at the Greater Cincinnati Association of Health Underwriters. Scott is married to his wife Michelle and has one son - Luke.
Matt grew up in Cincinnati and went to St. Xavier High School. He graduated from Ohio State in 2015 from the Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. At Ohio State, Matt was a member of the Sigma Chi National Fraternity. In his free time, Matt loves golfing and beating everyone in ping pong.

Tracey has been with our agency since 2004. Tracey responsibilities include: accounting, billing/claim inquires, monthly service calls and medical and dental quoting for individual needs. Tracey has great attention to detail and dedication to serving the various insurance needs of our clients. Tracey lives in Delhi with her husband, Don, and their youngest daughter, Caitlyn. Her daughter, Brittany and son-in-law Josh reside in Perrysburg, OH and are expecting a baby this fall. Tracey is looking forward to becoming a Grandma for the first time!
Barb has been employed in the insurance business since 1976. She went to Seton High School and graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Barb's duties include service and retention of our current clients, billing and claim inquires as well as managing the everyday operation of the agency. Her goal is to make sure that each customer is satisfied with the product and service they receive. Barb is married to husband Jon and has two sons - Brian (U.S. Army) and Kevin (NKU senior).
Rick started in the insurance business in 1966. Rick formed Overbeck-Locaputo Insurance and Retirement Services in 1997 and then merged under Cincinnati Benefit Solutions in 2010. He is married to wife Kathy and has four children and seven grandchildren.
Shelley has been in the health care field since 1996, moving into the insurance field with Humana in 1998 as a customer service representative and supervisor. Shelley moved to CBISA in 2004, became licensed for group health and life business in 2007 and as a Broker Sales Representative until 2012. Shelley joined the CBS team in December 2012, continuing to service customers for them. Her specialties include assisting with group health and life benefits with a strong base in service.
Shelley lives in Northern KY with her two sons, Kyle and Austin.
